Promotion Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions.
By participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

This promotion is open globally to all bartenders aged 25 or over (at their date of entry), excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter (or, if not the Promoter, the prize provider), its subsidiaries, other group companies or agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
The Promoter may verify any details of any entrant or winner
Only entries that follow the required entry process will be considered. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete or corrupted entries or entries that fail to reach the Promoter.

Limit on entries
Only one entry is accepted by one participant for each challenge, only the earliest entry will be considered for multiple entries. Anyone trying to circumvent this rule will be disqualified from this promotion and any prize award will be void. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
If this promotion is run on social media, internet access will be required and entrants must have an active Facebook, Twitter or Instagram account. If you do not have an account you will need to create one to participate. You will require an active email address in order to do this.
The Promoter monitors responses to this Promotion and if any responses or any previous posts made by an entrant are, or could be regarded, as being disrespectful towards other members of the Facebook, Twitter or Instagram community or which contain anything which is likely to, or could cause offence or distress will be removed from the Promotion. Your use of Facebook, Twitter or Instagram to enter this promotion is subject to the relevant platform’s terms and conditions.
Entrants acknowledge that any promotion run via a social media channel is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, that social media channel. By entering, entrants agree to release that social media channel from any and all liability in connection with the promotion and that they have no claim against a social media channel. Entrants also understand that any personal details they submit to enter a promotion or claim a prize are provided to the Promoter and not to that social media channel.
Numerous factors outside the control of the Promoter may interfere with the operation of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to these websites.
The promotion will run from 00:00 06/04/20 to 23:59 04/05/20 (GMT UK time).
Any entries received before the start date or after the closing date (for whatever reason) will be invalid.
How to enter
To enter, film a story in video which shows your attempt at each challenge given. Submit the entry by uploading video to your personal account in public setting, and

Entries will be judged on the following criteria:
- Knowledge of the product demonstrated (when whisky is involved in the challenge)
- Video length should be within 1 min long
- Participants should use Grant’s products in the video when necessary, no competitors’ products should be featured in the key story plot
- Contestant and anyone appear else in the video have to be above 25+ years old and local Legal Drinking Age
- Entry videos featuring inappropriate, offensive or unlawful behaviour will be disqualified
General rules on entry
Incomplete, incorrect, illegible, inaudible, misdirected, lost, damaged, late or otherwise deficient entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
Your entry will be deemed invalid and disqualified if it:
- contains unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, malicious, indecent or other inappropriate content
- includes the names or images of any individual without their express permission
- in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter, causes any widespread or serious offence
- contains content deemed socially irresponsible including the promotion of excessive consumption of alcohol
- features or refers to children
- made by an entrant using a false name, or
- is made on someone else's behalf
If entry is through a promotional website, you are required to follow any other specific instructions on the promotional website.
Internet service providers’ fees may apply when accessing the internet. By using the promotional website, you also agree to the website’s terms and conditions.
There are 28x £20 food voucher prizes in total for the entire promotion, one available per day.
The prize is a £20 food takeaway voucher from one of the following establishments:
- Local equivalent online delivery platform if the above is not available
General rules on prizes
The prize must be claimed within 30 days from the date of receipt (inclusive). If the prize is not claimed by this date, the winner will have no entitlement to the prize.
The Promoter will not be liable for any prizes which are lost, delayed or damaged when in transit to the winner.
Where prizes are provided by third parties, the prize may be subject to the terms and conditions of that third party.
The Promoter may substitute any prize (or an individual aspect of a prize) for an alternative of equal or greater value where it deems it strictly necessary due to events outside its reasonable control.
Winners may not transfer the right to accept their prize to another person without the Promoter’s consent.
The Promoter will not offer cash alternatives to any prizes. Prizes are not negotiable.
Winners will be contacted by direct message on the social network which they entered within 7 days.
Winners have 2 days to verify their details (name, email address, postal address and age) by replying to the message in order to claim the prize. If they do not respond in time another winner will be selected using the same methodology as above. The Promoter may repeat this process as often as is necessary.
Entrants are encouraged to monitor their connections during this time in case they are the winner.
The winner agrees to take part in publicity in connection with this promotion and to allow the Promoter to publish their name and location in the prize winners list.
The prize winners’ surnames and counties are available by sending a sending a self-addressed envelope to the Promoter within 3 months of the applicable closing date. Please mark the request “FAO: Brand Name Brand Manager - Promotion Name”. We reserve the right to refuse any or all such requests. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting [insert email address]. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
Entrants and winners may be required to participate in photo, recordings, video and/or filming sessions and to all allow the Promoter, without charge, to use these photos, recordings, videos and/or films in any media and in any manner it sees fit.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including, but not limited to, asking for proof of age, address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days).
The Promoter may:
- refuse to award a prize
- withdraw prize entitlement
- refuse further participation in the promotion; and/or
- disqualify the participant
where there are reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has broken these terms and conditions or the spirit of the promotion, won using fraudulent means or otherwise gained an unfair advantage.
All entries become the property of the Promoter, and none shall be returned.
You must ensure your submission:
(i) is not copied from a third party;
(ii) does not otherwise infringe a third party’s intellectual property rights;
(iii) does not feature any person (living or dead) without their permission
You will retain any copyright which exists in your submission but, by entering, entrants licence and grant the Promoter an exclusive, royalty free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable and sub-licensable right to use your content for any purpose in any media, without compensation, restriction on use, attribution or liability.
Participants agree not to assert any moral rights in relation to such use.
Participants warrant that the materials contain no third party materials, are their original works, have not been copied, in whole or in part, from any third party and they have full authority to grant these rights.
Tax liability (trade only)
Any tax liability arising from receipt of the prize will be the responsibility of the recipient.
If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned (including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion), the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries/claims.
If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation. In these circumstances, the Promoter may immediately terminate the promotion without any liability.
Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability shall be limited to the minimum allowable by law), the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize.
The winner and (if applicable) the winner’s guest must not do anything which could, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter, bring the Promoter or its brand into disrepute before, during or after this promotion.

If any of these clauses are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then it shall be deleted from these terms and conditions. The remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law. The Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
The Promoter will use the personal details supplied by entrants for the administration of the promotion, which may involve transferring that information to third parties involved in the administration of the promotion (e.g. the Promoter’s marketing agency) and, in the case of winners, the fulfilment of the prize.
The personal details entrants submit must be true and up-to-date.

If you are required to submit a third party’s personal data to enter the promotion, you must ensure that the person whose details you submit has given their consent for you to provide the Promoter with their personal data.
